Haven't been blogging for some time. My laptop's at the repair centre. It's finally reformatted, and as I'm typing, the boyfriend's gone to school to pick it up for me. But my pretty-pearlywhite-looking-but-useless-laptop will be coming home on Wednesday! I feel kinda bad bitching about it, like I think my laptop actually has feelings, and it'll feel the pain. HAHA! I'm using my sister's laptop now.
Been kinda busy of late. Busy with what, I've no inkling at all. School's starting in less than two weeks time, and I've finally just managed to land myself a job. I'm part-time waitress-ing at a cafe in Holland Village now. Pay is so-so only. But it'll do me good to have extra money every week, even when school starts. Am planning to work even when school reopens, if my course schedule allows me to, that is. I've never tried working and schooling together. Somehow this combination just seems so wrong. I can't multitask, if you actually do know me. I procrastinate, I don't multitask.
Oh anyway, I'm a two-coloured human now. It's gross, I'm still peeling like a snake. Speaking of snake skin, my dad's back and he brought with him from Surabaya some buah salak, which I soooo miss sooo miss from my Jakarta days. If you haven't been to Indonesia, don't think you would have ever seen the buah salak. It's actually a kinda fruit. Tastes slightly fermented, in a sweet way. It's like a cross between apple and don'tknowwhat. But it tastes really nice, different from all the usual tropical fruits we eat. Oh, and it's not juicy like oranges. Pretty juiceless in fact.

Alright, I need to go shower now. The driving instructor is coming to pick me up in a while. More foot stepping again, and slipping backwards down the slope. Yikes!
